1. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically.
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, phone number, email address | You, via our forms |
| Claim information | Injury type, diagnosis timing, product or device used, representation status | You, via our forms |

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Where a claim concerns a minor, we collect information from the parent or legal guardian.
2. How we use it
- To screen your claim against current eligibility criteria
- To connect you with an attorney in our network who handles your claim type
- To contact you about your review by phone, text, or email
- To measure which advertising produces genuine claim reviews
- To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations
3. Who we share it with
We share the information you submit with the attorney or law firm reviewing your claim, and with service providers who operate our infrastructure — hosting, CRM, call tracking, and analytics — under contracts limiting their use of it to providing those services.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, list aggregators, or unrelated third parties. We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or to protect against fraud or harm.
4. Calls and text messages
When you check the consent box on a review form, you agree to be contacted at the number you provided — including by automated dialling system, prerecorded message, and SMS — about your claim review. That consent is not a condition of any service.
Message and data rates may apply. You may receive multiple messages per week. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You may also call (888) 555-0142 to be removed.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion of it, opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell), and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights. To make a request, email intake@compensation.live or call (888) 555-0142. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
6. Retention and security
We retain claim review information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Data is transmitted over TLS and access is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
