Sale and sharing
We may “sell” identifiers, claim information and approximate location to the law firms and legal partners on our Partners page, and “share” internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioural advertising. We use sensitive personal information only to evaluate your claim, so the right to limit does not expand what we do with it. We do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.
Your rights
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of information we hold
- Delete information we collected from you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Opt out of sale and sharing
- Limit use of sensitive personal information
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
